Andrea has been a Top Producer at KW Advisors since 2006 and is consistently in the top 4% of agents nationwide. Andrea began her real estate career in 2002, when she bought her first of 8 income properties. She remodeled each one and managed the tenants. When she became a real estate agent, she realized that her passion for real estate extended to helping others buy and sell homes and income properties. Since then, she’s helped over 250 individuals and families buy and sell homes.


Due to her wealth of experience, Andrea is a true consultant and can share with her clients how to make great real estate decisions. Not to mention, her extensive knowledge of the real estate market, the mortgage industry, the tax benefits of ownership, design, remodeling, and marketing makes her uniquely qualified to serve her client's needs. Patient, genuine, and committed to her clients’ success, Priyanka joined the Keller Williams family after receiving a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from UCLA.


Having lived in L.A.’s most desirable neighborhoods such as Santa Monica and spending enormous amounts of time exploring the city throughout the years, she offers clients insight into the lifestyle afforded by each neighborhood, along with a keen eye for detail in every property.When Priyanka isn’t making home ownership dreams come true for her clients, she enjoys spending time hiking with her dog and relaxing at the beach.

Carissa Avalos

Carissa works with clients, agents, and vendors to develop valuable relationships and buyer-seller conversion strategies that generate real results. Growing up the daughter of a loan officer and real estate agent on the central coast, Carissa has spent her entire life surrounded by Real Estate.


Her love of real estate is only eclipsed by the love of her two children. Carissa can be counted for the entirety of the transaction; From the first thought to the final dot, she ensures a smooth and successful process.
